Group D were approached to be by a private client seeking to procure heritage assets within Stoke- On-Trent. We were asked to produce a bid document that demonstrated the redevelopment and refurbishment Grade 2 listed buildings. Our brief was to create sensitive conversion to create a boutique hotel and conference hall. The proposal included a number of different bed suites, feature lobby and reception, bar/restaurant and conference hall.
